Frida RV - Fresh Water Systems 💧

Managing your clean water supply

💧 Fresh Water Hookup Guide

Connecting to Fresh Water

  1. Locate the city water connection on your RV (usually on the driver's side).
  2. Make sure all inside faucets are closed.
  3. Connect your drinking-safe water hose to the campground water supply.
  4. Run water through the hose for a few seconds to clear any debris.
  5. Connect the other end of the hose to your RV's city water connection.
  6. Turn on the campground water supply slowly.
  7. Check for any leaks at both connection points.
  8. Turn on an inside faucet to release any air from the lines.

Using the Fresh Water Tank

If you're not connected to city water, you can use Frida's onboard fresh water tank:

  1. Locate the fresh water fill connection.
  2. Remove the cap and insert your hose.
  3. Turn on the water and fill the tank (watch the monitor panel to avoid overflow).
  4. Replace the cap when done.
  5. Turn on the water pump using the switch on the control panel.
  6. The pump will pressurize the system so you can use the faucets and toilet.
PRO TIP: If you're traveling between campgrounds, fill your fresh water tank about 1/3 full. This gives you water for stops while keeping the weight down for better fuel efficiency.
